Do I pay anything?
No, never. No sign-up fee, no deposit, no paid leads. MikaelBuilds never charges closers anything. You only need a way to call US numbers (a VoIP app is fine).
Where do the leads come from?
Public Google business listings. Every lead has a business phone on its listing, no website and a 4+ star rating, and we build a preview website for each one before you call.
How fast do I get paid?
Every Friday, for each sale that is past the owner's 14-day money-back window. So a sale is paid on the first Friday after its 14 days are up: usually 2 to 3 weeks after you close it.
Can I bring my own leads?
Yes. Send us plumbers, electricians or HVAC companies without a website and we build previews for them too.
Is there a quota?
No quota and no cap. You tell us your daily call target; the more you close, the more leads you get.
